Who can join The 95% Club?
The agent path is designed for Arizona-licensed real estate agents, including newly licensed, part-time, experienced and high-volume professionals, subject to brokerage review, current policies and execution of the Independent Contractor Agreement.
How does the commission cap work?
Agents begin on a 95%/5% split for the first seven transactions or until the brokerage has received $7,000, whichever occurs first. The agent then moves to a 100% commission / 0% brokerage split for the remainder of that anniversary year. Transaction fees and agreement terms still apply.
Are there monthly, desk, franchise or technology fees?
No. The current model does not charge those recurring fees. A transaction fee applies only when a transaction closes. Review the current agreement and fee schedule before affiliating.
Does the brokerage provide leads?
No—and that is intentional. The platform is designed to help agents build their own sphere, database, reputation, marketing and referral business rather than depend on company-owned leads. No specific lead volume, production or income is promised.
Can part-time agents and teams participate?
Yes. The model is designed to accommodate different production levels, and established teams are invited to discuss structure and onboarding with brokerage leadership.
Are there property-management jobs open now?
This page does not represent a current salaried opening. The property-management talent network lets interested professionals introduce themselves for possible future needs. Submission does not create an employment relationship, interview commitment or job offer.
